My selection: #7 Bless the Broken (20-1 ML) recently switched to turf for trainer Brad Cox and has been terrific winning the KD Ladies Turf and finishing third after a wide trip in the First Lady. (See also Musings page).
Most likely winner: #12 Blue Bolt (5-2 ML) has won six in a row, including four consecutive G1 races in the UK, France, Ireland and the UK. She will be heavily favoured to add to her winnings.

#7 Bless the Broken had an inside trip running in ninth position, closed well to finish fifth but was never in contention. Blue Bolt was never a factor. #5 KathynMarissa was forwardly placed and responded when called upon for a convincing win at odds of 5.62-1.
